Words seek to capture
experience, while life offers
colours to share them

Life can be full of joy

 

I do not need magic when I have the sun on my face,
the wind at my back and all before me is full of colours
dancing to the sound of laughter.

paint a rosy picture full
of cherry blossoms

bright and beautiful

the colours of spring
announce the arrival of
brighter times to come

how graceful of swans
to bring bright winter colours
dancing in the sun

dazzled by autumn

this autumn, a play
of colours on distant hills
stirs my restless mind

autumn dusk

alone with stillness
watching autumn colours fade
across silent skies

a wonderful morning

Filled with morning light
the colours of autumn reach
deep into my heart

colourful dreams

absent in daylight
colourful butterflies are
here to fill my dreams

of colours drifts into sight
as autumn draws near

city life

senses drown in
the storm of sounds carried by an
ocean of colours

love has wings

tightly bound in dreams
come colourful butterflies
to offer love, wings

opportunities come

with dawn’s arrival
come the colours of summer
brightening horizons

warming my heart

from my window, I
see the colours of summer
in love with the wind

what dreams bring

once more night arrives
promising more colours than
darkness can conceal

driven to silence

winter is speechless –
hearing of spring’s desire
to paint with colours

a vision in the making

awakened by spring
dormant colours vying for
poetic license

diversity is beautiful

melange of colours
reflected in life’s mirror
brings heaven to earth

heaven’s choice

without blue, oh sky
what colour would you now be
under this bright sun?

a memory of spring

the colours of spring
are now only distant dreams
in the autumn rain

I look up in admiration.

Mesmerised from the start.
